These are all great ideas. I just made chicken stir fry myself that I pack individually and use throughout the week. They are easy to freeze too. Way less sodium than a store bought frozen dinner.

I have a vibrating alarm clock that I put under my pillow. It helps to kind of shake me awake for those days that I would rather press snooze.

Air popped popcorn is a whole grain and is healthy. The problem is what people put on popcorn like oil, salt, butter, etc. Some microwave popcorns have trans fats in them too. But, if you air pop it, it's a great snack. I have to be careful with popcorn because I tend to eat too much of it mindlessly.
