  • Take a deep breath. Drink plenty of water to help keep you full, so you CAN'T eat, (however, you most likely will have to pee like a race horse!!) You missed two days. You are only human, life gets in the way, but maybe tomorrow instead do a little more then what you would normally do. Just to help push yourself.
  • From what I have seen they have given you helpful ideas above. The only thing you can do is A) take a note pad and write down what you eat.
