I don't bike to work but I am able to bike home. I carpool so the person I car pool with drives my car home. It would be about a 50 minute bike ride in and I just can't get motivated to do that. When I bike home I have 3 route options a 20 km, a 25 km and a 30 km. I usually ride at least twice a weeek.

I eat healthy snacks mid-morning and mid-afternoon. This works for me if I go to long without eating I can get very hungry and that is when I make poor food choices. I did try eating every 4 hours and that got complicated and I was really hungry near to meal time. All information can be helpful.

Yesteday's workout. I think this is what I did. My writing is really bad when bot wearing my glasses.
