Adding in Front squats
I would like to add front squats into the 5x5 routine but not sure best way to do it. I am thinking I have two options. Option1 - instead of back squats on DL days (workout B) do back squats. Option 2 - Just add them into workout A. I am thinking this is my best option as I already feel like I am not doing enough on theses…
