Sunday was my first long bike ride 52 km in just over 2 hrs. Yesterday was with my trainer so just what he puts me through. I was able to flip a 250 pound tire more times then I thought possible. I also name my bikes. I have a Giant Dash 3 that has yellow on it so it is called Bird after Big Bird. I just got a new road bike that as of yet has not been named. It has been called a few choice words as I am still getting used to it.

Worked with my trainer yesterday. I just follow what he says. Sometimes it is nice not to have to think about it. It was a good workout. I am starting to feel stronger all around. Hopefully the weather holds out and I can get a bike ride in tonight.

I haven't found my majic number yet. But seem to be happy around 1800. This is close to my TDEE minus 20%. I am not losing a lot some months nothing but I know any lower and I will not be a happy camper. I am curious to hear what has worked for others.
