Hello Fellow Shredders! I wear a heart rate monitor and get the calorie burn from that - not sure how else to find the calorie burn for doing the workout . . . .

Hello and Welcome - to make it interesting it was suggested we do Level 1 for 10 days then Level 2 for 10 days then level 3 for 20 days, if you think it is a good idea and will keep you motivated go for it! :)
