Question for all you Experienced Shredders!
Hello Everyone I'm enjoying doing Jillian's 30 Day Shred (Level1,2,3) DVD. My question to you is 1. What weights did you use when you first did the Shred? 2. How fit were you when you first did it? 3. Did you take rest days or go 30 Days straight? This newbie would like to hear your experiences! Thanks in advance! Lisa
