I waited 4 or 5 days, and made sure to wear a headband of some kind to keep the sweat away from my eyes. I'm 6 months post-lasik, and it is one of the best things I have ever done for myself! Congrats to you!

Wii fit isn't exactly a waste of time. The balance games are fun and can definitely improve balance, and maybe do some light muscle toning.
