That's kinda low IMO. My doctor took my exercise into consideration and told me 1650-1750 which I thought was a lot but...I'm trying my best!!! :-)

I fell off for a week or so...smh. But, I'm going to pick up where I left off and keep going. I just got completely busy with so much stuff going on that I didn't dedicate the time like I should have. You are not the only one hun! But, I say pick up and keep going when and if you can!

Those planks are killers. I have to do the modified version and I stop often. I have Lupus...joint issues...so sometimes my joints get really sore!

I have a HRM...I burned more in 2 than I did in 1.

Definitely didn't want to do it because I was out all day today and I did a ton of walking but I did it anyway. I'm getting a little better.. I'm not stopping as much. Whooohooo!!!!

I plan to do every day execpt the Sabbath. I usually don't exercise on Saturday...unless it's in the evening...and that RARELY happens.

I start off doing them...then have to go to regular or twist crunches...when she says don't quit on me, I try to go back to the bicycle crunches. It's a killer though!

I did it! Even though my 2 year old interrupted me quite a few times. I still struggled but did better than yesterday IMO.

It should be 28 mins. But, I did a lil more stretching today and stopped my HRM at 35 mins. However, the full workout is 28 mins.

Yeah...she kicked my butt. But, I feel good. I burned 280 calories according to my HRM. I didn't even finish most of the exercises...I had to stop because I was out of breath. Just goes to show how out of shape I really am!!!!
