Alpha results: 6.4 lbs lost, 1 in off chest, 3 in off waist and .5 in off arms. I could've done better but I didn't eat properly...I'll do better with Beta. I started Beta today!

I am a week ahead of you all. I just finished week 3. I saw movement on the scale from week 1 and week 2...for week three nothing changed. I even gained a half inch in the waist. I lost some pounds but for me it was probably only water weight/bloat. I lost a couple of inches on my belly but again, that was probably from bloat.

OMG T25 is no joke! I hope by the end of the Alpha stage I can finally get the hang of it. Hey, it's 5 weeks right! Hahaha. I might be doing Alpha again before I even get to Beta!

I didn't nail it...but I did it. I'm doing all of the modified moves and I was barely able to do that! But, I'm enjoying it so far so I'm going to keep going.

I finished my first week today! It was a complete struggle due to my asthma, but I did it. I'm probably going to repeat a day on Monday and pray that I can do as well as I did today. If not, I'm going to keep repeating a day until I can at least get it right 2 sessions in a row. When that happens, I'll move on to the next…

That's there for safety measures. A lot of people go heavier than their form can allow, which makes them more prone to injury.
