Maybe I'll do some incline walking on the treadmill or use the stationary bike. I don't think I'm in the mood for zumba or aerobics or anything. I'll see how that goes and if I feel better.

You have an IUD? I was thinking about getting one....doesn't it cause weight gain? And I heard its supposed to help with cramps and heavy periods. Well, that's what I heard about Mirena. Which one do you have? Sorry if too many questions!!!!

Maybe I'm tracking my food wrong....I do cook with olive oil...or sometimes use butter...but I don't add that.... Also, if I season my chicken or fish, I usually just pick the generic version of what I cooked. For example: If I eat grilled tilapia...i pick generic grilled tilapia. You probably are low on iron...try taking a supplement.

Coffee and Tea is ok if it's black...once you add sugar (unless it's truvia/splenda or something) or milk (obviously) it doesn't count as water
