I haven't had your problem of trying to gain weight. But I have breastfed 4 kids. I would stick to foods that keep your supply up and avoid foods that cause it to go down. While breastfeeding you are burning calories so you need to increase your calories more than normal. I would suggest to eat something every time you…

Hang in there! I have had 4 babies and each one takes a little bit of confidence but you can fight and win it back! I had my youngest 19 months ago and I don't fit into everything that I'd like to but I am on my way. I was quite small before my first and so I know I won't get back to that at this point in my life. Eat the things you would feed your child. I only ate the things that I would feel okay with feeding my kids while I was breastfeeding. I am not a picky eater so I can't help you with that. But I do know if you can break your habit of picky eating you could prevent your child from being a picky eater, which will make your…

I get most of my gear at Target. They change out their line enough that I can find a new piece every few months. I bought my lined running pants from Eastbay.

WAY TO GO!!! That is awesome! I would be on cloud nine!

I would put in about 30 minutes cardio and 30 minutes strength training. If you have a local library check out the New Rules of Lifting for Women. The schedule for weight training in there could take 30 mins or less depending on how busy the gym is. That is what I aim to do when I only have one hour. That is just my opinon…

I did that backwards! I ran my first half marathon and then did a 5k this last year. If you find a good course the half will be really fun! I have since ran another half and I am planning a half in May as well! 24 weeks to train! Plenty of time to be fully ready for a 13.1 mile run!
