It really depends on what your ultimate fitness goals are. If it's just to lose weight, you can do that regardless of how much weightlifting you do.

I got into this bad habit till I realized it wasn't good for my mental well-being. I now only weigh myself once a month and am happier for it and able to see the bigger trends in my weight loss versus the daily fluctuations.

They probably wouldn't have this at the bar, but I love Fox Barrel cider. It's 130 calories per 12 oz. bottle, but so so tasty.

I paid $500 for my husband and myself for one year. It shakes out to a little more than $20 a month per person....my gym is beat up and old, but at least they offer free classes.

Time to go see a professional. I think your body image issues need to be addressed and I don't think you can do it alone. You are young and you are most definitely not overweight. Before this takes an unhealthy turn into an eating disorder, talk it out with someone who can give you the mental tools to succeed.
