Six years - EXCELLENT! Although I have only been doing early mornings since Aug 11, I love it. I never know what may come up in the evenings this way I am done. I have also noticed that I eat more on days I don't work out. Try to better manage this as our bodies do need rest periods.

I weigh and measure 90% of my food. When I looked at HRM at Scheel's they were over a $100.00 - wow can't afford that so I just have been using the HRM on the machines that I use.
