You look amazing and definitely do not look 291 pounds in your after pictures...you look much lighter than that. Way to go!

^^^This. Wow, people never cease to amaze me. Yes, it is referred to as simply goodbye...I cant believe someone read through your whole post and all they got out of it was their literal nonsense...Oh, and I would think that someone so literal would take more care in spelling "bye" in their opening statement. Sheesh. You…

Awesome job! And I think its safe to say that you are not even remotely close to being the "fat kid." :)

Thank you all for your responses. Im definitely not new to weight loss/healthy lifestyle and like to think Im pretty educated about what it takes but Ive always been focused on more cardio then strength training and am really quite clueless to whether predominately doing strength training will get me to my goals of losing…

^^Hah. I love this.

^^^^ Agreed.

I looked at your posts and you seem to be asking the same questions over and over that really should be aimed towards a good doctor or dietician. I also see that you have posted concerns that you are gaining weight whilst eating very low calories so it appears to me that you have other issues that need attention also. Good…

Me as well. Feel free to add me. I used to use MFP religiously and than sort of fell off the wagon after I lost 70 pounds. Now Im back after gaining quite a bit back. Good luck to us! :)

Agree 100% that the HCG is not a safe or healthy way to lose weight.. Eat correctly and exercise and you will reap the benefits in a natural and healthy way..and one in which you can maintain for a lifetime.

Dont neccessarily eat more calories during the day but eat protein. I eat the "pure protein" bars and they keep me full and help with the sugar craving. ( i cant lie and say they are wonderful but they work) and they only have 150 calories..they really do work in keeping you full. Also, try the 3 bite rule that my bootcamp…

Not sure I agree with keeping your calorie count down in the day to allow for extra later. This could contribute to your over-eating at night. I would suspect that you are not eating enough during the day and by the time you get home you are starving. If you are working out as much as you say you are you should try adding…

When you add strength training into your routine, particularly for the first time in a while, you gain muscle which is more dense than fat. When first starting a weight routine, I would stay away from the scale for a few weeks/month because chances are you will be losing inches but gaining muscle. I think the best example…

It sounds to me like you're on the right track with working out. One thing that I am doing and seeing immediate results from, is a bootcamp class at my gym. It combines cardio with intense non stop circuit training for 45 min (bench jumps, squats with weights, running with weighted balls, lunges with weights, push-ups,…

I wouldn't beat yourself up too bad about it. Just get back on track tomorrow and I bet that little slip up wont effect your progress. We would be kidding ourselves if we all didnt have days like those. :)
