I always wonder that myself! I'm 5'8'' ... and im 132 pounds... but i want to be 124-127 ultimately... i feel like if i was 160 pounds i'd be huge but some girls are my height and 160 pounds and GORGEOUS, so i guess it depends on how much muscle u have and how ur built.

I use to get that at my old office job. I was on a diet and already thinner than most people there.... I picked up a lollipop and someone passed my cubicle and said very nasty "'WATCH OUT JESSICA, THERE'S 35 CALORIES IN THAT LOLLIPOP!"

I'm 5'8 and currently 132.4 pounds as of this morning. I am trying to be 125 pounds so MFP tells me to not have more than 1200 calories a day. Well, thats kind of depends on the person. I dont really like tight fitting jeans. I could fit into a size 4 jeans if i wanted to right now... but if i sat down it wouldnt be the most comfortable and i wouldnt want to eat the whole day. Where as if i just wore a size 6 jeans then i could be comfortable all day long…

I use to work at Starbucks.... All "Skinny" means is Fat Free Milk & Sugar Free Vanilla . (Yes, Sugar -free vanilla is in a caramel macchiano) Infact, the only caramel in that drink is the drizzle on top.

I'm exactly where you are! I lost most of my weight .... but the last 5 pounds wont come off. I think i need to work out more or eat more calories, but whatever. Its so annoying to eat clean for weeks and not see the scale move... esp when your so close to your goal weight!

OMG Tortilla wraps are amazing! There was this one wrap I found a while back, it was large and i used to make awesome veggie wraps with it. The tortilla wrap itself had 30g of Fiber in it so it went right through you. I just cant remember the brand for the life of me! Grrr.... sorry!

I weigh myself about 3-4 times a week - which is exactly what you SHOULD NOT do. Only weigh yourself once every 7-14 days. You'll get frusterated if you do what i do.

Well, I am sort of on that diet. I am on a cleanse where I ONLY eat fruits and veggies for 21 days. I am up to day 17 now and I lost 10 pounds so far. It gave me more energy and I am please with the results. I do miss meat and diary though.

My old job was next to a deli. and i would eat there EVERYDAY until i gained 20 lbs. Now i have my own company and work from home.... so i surround myself with lots of healthy foods. Working in an environment like that is hard!
