I actually JUST went to a Snap Fitness for the first time last night. It isnt a very large gym... but there as only about 5 people there so I was very comfortable. I liked the gym a lot. They have personal trainers... But it is about $50/month per person or $75/month for a couple.

Does anyone remember Dance Dance Revolution? That dance game with the arrows? I use to to have the home version of that on the original Play Station. It had a "work out mode" setting. I always get the veggie delight w/ brown rice. But I dont touch the brown rice until I'm almost filled up completely with the vegetables so you dont over do it on the rice. Good Luck!

Exactly. I do it all the time, eat healthy for 2 months and then 6 months back with fast food. This time I wont stop until I have a body like Jillian Michaels...

I dont know about that. I noticed if i eat fast food on Monday, it will take me by Thursday to be the weight I was again before the junk food. But i guess it depends on how much you go over and with what types of foods.

Everyone loses weight differently. Men seem to lose it faster than woman. My friend used to drop about 5 pounds a week if he didnt drink alcohol.... So who knows.

Watch out for hummus.... very very high in fat. Only eat the serving size.

100 calorie packs are good if you only have a couple at your desk so you dont end up eating 5 of them over the day. I would suggest getting almond. Although they don't taste amazing, they fill you up and give you a lot of protein. Almonds are also a cancer fighter! Another idea would be pickles, they are 0 calories and…

My brother-in-law lost a ton of weight about 5 years ago (like 80 pounds). He said it took him alot of excercise and about 3 years to fulling regain tight skin.

Well, I'm not as tall as you, but I too am trying to tone up. I have a few more pounds until I hit my goal weight but I want to really focus on working out and getting muscular.

Yes! I hate that, the girl who works next to me with bright blue eyeshadow and their hair blown out. Seriously? Also, Anyone have those girls at the gym who have pounds of make up on and never actually go on a machine? They just hold their water bottle and walk around eyeing all the guys LOL
