I get the veggie delight EVERYTIME i go there. I am at 1200 calories/day. If i dont work out, i do not eat more than 1200. If i do workout I will only eat back SOME of the calories I burn off. SO If i burn off 400 calories, I'll only eat back 200. It works AMAZING - trust me, you will be lighter the next day!

I did the same thing, I went from loosing 10 pounds in 21 days ... to gained 5 of it back after snacking and not exercising. Honestly, what made me go back on track is one simple thing.... when i go to eat bad food, i say to myself "what taste better, being thin or this cookie?" and i would put the cookie down.

I LOVE taco bell, so on my cheat days I will go to their website and find the least calorie infested taco and order only 2 of them.... but i make sure i get a good workout prior.

irish oatmeal with honey and strawberries in it. 150 calories of yumminess!

i heat up ketchup because if it was in the fridge it will make my eggs cold. Same goes for refrigerated syrup on my pancakes!!!

OMG, i have a LIST: chewing with their mouth open, snot in their nose, not doing their hair, talking too much, too controlling, calls my phone more than once or twice a day, needs to know where i am at all times, wants to be in shape but then eats junk, snoring, laughing too loud, cleaning ears with objects, using towels…
