I was a coke drinker and I made the decision to switch to diet coke. I still drink a little too much of that, but it's better than the full strength stuff. One of my favourite authors is Raymond E Feist. He's done about 4-6 different series and a few stand alone novels but they're all fantastic. Anne Bishop is another favourite. I suggest reading the Black Jewels trilogy first because that's where most of her follow-up novels are set.

I got a box of ferrero rochers as well plus a box of the lindt assorted chocolates plus a small bag of lindt snowmen. I'll just control myself and hopefully limit how much of them I'll eat in one day

It depends on what you ate. Everyone's body metabolises food differently. If I have rice or pasta then I start to get hungry about 30 minutes later. Maybe this is your body's way of saying that you need to add something to the meal to make it stick.

My housemate tried to tell me that exercise lowers your immune system. When I told her that wasn't true and that it's only overly excessive exercise that does that, and told her that I looked it up, she tried to blame it on someone else for giving her that information

My appetite usually drops at my TOM too. I just usually eat the bare minimum as well, depending on how bad it is.
