  • As of next Wednesday I'll be 42, I'm nearing the end of my weighloss journey now but plan on continuing using MFP I'm full of useful tips if anyone wants them just add me.
  • I've never done cheat days, if I want something I make it fit in or go and walk a bit more, I've made a lifestyle change and by having a cheat meal/day I'm just cheating myself.
  • I think that as long as you weigh at the same time every week you'll get your weightloss, if you change your weighing time then you may have a better or worse weightloss for one week then you'll just get your normal loss after that, at think you just need to find the best time for you and be consistent.

  • I gave up 2 yrs ago October, I did Stoptober and the app they has was great It was good knowing others were going through it with me, I saved all the money from the 1st month and spent it on me, I used gum every time I went dog walking and brushed my teeth a lot, I never like minty breathe with a ciggie.

  • You could try an app called Jefit it gives you dumbell exercises that work each part of your body, you can hold your weights while doing lunges and for deadlifts. I would like to find a good dumbell workout to follow though so I'll be keeping an eye on this.
