Obviously you have a personal preference regarding undies at the gym. So does everyone else. As Dani said, "Would you rather a camel toe?" So... Wedgie in the front or back? I'll wear a thong and have neither. Thankyouverymuch. Eta: OMG! Crotch dew! Yeah, gross!

Have you checked out mobilitywod.com? For OHS it's usually hips, (like you mentioned) and can also be a shoulder mobility issue. They have a TON of short videos to help with mobility. Also, getting treatment (ART from a chiro or pt) is an option, but the vids are a great place to start. It's all great to be patient and…

My BMI went up and it now says that my healthy weight range starts at 90 pounds. At 114 pounds and 16% body fat, I am 8 pounds away from being overweight. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!
