My yoga studio has a calculator on their website. I have no idea how they do the calculation, but it depends on the particular class. You can probably use their calculator to at least get a good idea for yourself, but I don't know how to tell you which class to pick. When you see the calculator, you'll know what I mean.…

I like the Smart Ones Lasagna in traditional meat. They are much more filling than most of the microwave meals. Look at the ounces on the box. If it's a 6 oz meal, it's not filling enough. I haven't checked the sodium on these yet as it's been a while since I had one and I wasn't tracking sodium then like I am now.

Are you out with friends right now? I would alternate one real drink like gin & tonic, then low-sodium club soda/perrier with lime. As long as you don't drink anything really dark or fruity, you should be okay. I saw a post somewhere else that said diet coke and bacardi was 97 calories I think?
