After a long thread on Facebook with some friends today. I have a question. The last comment was- exercise do a lot of exercise and you'll lose weight. I tried that for a year and a half exercising everyday for 2 hours- no weight loss.
My problem was that after a week of doing diet changes and eating healthy I gain a pound. So what should I eat then?? I need to know what to eat ( I'm a non meat eater) . If I don't figure this out I'll go crazy. I need to lose 120 lbs to be normal weight. I'd settle for 20. So what do I eat that will work ?

I think it is a lot harder to work a pound off than to gain it in the first place. Therefore I always try to make diet a priority and also try to get some exercise in. I do think both are important but...I think if you're going for a great body it is very much in what you put on your plate.

I have been told many times by doctors and nutritionists that it is 75% diet, 25% exercise.
