Plain and simple -- Get a strap, it's more accurate, I tried the strapless, piece of junk! Polar all the way ft4 or something similar...you can find them for your price range...excellent investment, IMO go to polar.com they will ask a few questions for what you are looking for and suggest models...good luck

:drinker: Funny, you mention this...I was thinking when i start insanity next week to cut out wine and alcohol. All I drink is water, coffee and wine. I can't give up my morning cup o' joe! I need my coffee unless i will be an extremely unbearable person to live and be around! LOL

Sounds like you need to stretch more before and after. Not sure if you are a Yoga person, but when I'm sore i love to stretch more and I will pull out the Yoga tapes. Stretching is so important. Also, I love the program so much I'm now doing the "Lean for Life" program (just started last week) where you mix up all 3 phases to provide the body with muscle confusion and lifting heavier, I feel like I'm so much stonger...well i actually am..lol

Repeating! Lift Heavy weights, 6, 8, 10 lbs won't do it! May I suggest ChaLean Extreme which is a progressive program of weight training...just finished the program and have AMAZING results and I feel awesome! I tried to do the protein in my coffee -- I'm a coffee drinker and it was sooooo clumpy. It's hard to do the blender cup because the cofffe is hot I don't want it to explode...i would love to know how to do this correctly..

For me its very difficult to get all the protein I need in a day, but I've found that eating greek yogurt, protein shakes (ready to go ones while at work and I make them at home also) . ^^^this not accurate ChaLEAN is NOT solid cardio...its a great program geared toward Women (IMO). I'm currently doing it and on the 2nd phase -- I feel like Superwoman!!!!! P90X I would not recommend...just my opinion.
