I have just started ballet booty barre and pilates this week- I'm using a lot of muscles I haven't used in a long time! I only log it as 150/ hour. If it's more all well and good!

I have very thin/ weak wrists. they hurt to do tricep dips. I have to turn my fingers out away from my body. I hope they can get stronger!

You could use them to roll up other roasted veggies ( roasted pumpkin, capsicum onion) & or rice and beans/ lentils in .

I'm petite and like to be 50 kilos. When I'm a that weight I feel right and get compliments. That's what I always go back to, it's like my preset button. Even 2 extra kilos ( 4lb) changes my tummy / thighs. Probably no one but me can tell though. I gain and lose that extra bit constantly.

Some people fear change. Some take offence that you are deviating from what they know and hold dear. I and my two sons went vegan 2 years ago for ethical reasons. My husband only eats fish for meat. It's a free country..each to their own. I work with a blonde girl who doesn't shave her armpits or legs. In winter she has a denim coat with a badge on it that says " tell me again why I have to shave?". She is not a conformist in many ways. She is an interesting girl.

Good luck little fangs. I have also developed eczema. I have never had a problem in my last 45 years now all at once all of this in the past year- weird.

red lentil daal- a bag of lentils, onion garlic and spices. you can make two weeks worth of dinners from it for under $5...add rice for more cheap food- freeze into portions.

I find I'm still not hungry the following day ( boxing day) till dinner- so if you spread the whole calorie intake over 1.75 days it's ok!

I have a cast iron pan that is lined with ceramic- everyone perfers this to my $$$ stainless steel ones which get too hot . They are great!

after a colonoscopy and endoscopy I was diagnosed with erosive gastritis, Barrattes Oesophagus. on meds, still nauseas. My ibs got a bit better on FODMAPS diet, but now C not D anymore. It's so individual and trial and error. I wish I could help more!

I'm 5'4 had a dexa scan done and it said 1200 cals. That was not taking exercise into account.
