I was never allowed soda ( soft drinks) or lollies ( candy) as a child as my mum worried about our teeth. I was allowed savoury treats. Consequently I have absolutely no sweet tooth, but could easily demolish a packet of chips or salty snacks. I don't buy them. It's conditioning

I don't eat any animal products anymore, so the food I make has a longer fridge life. If I see any vegetables getting a little old ( probably because I got a deal on a large quantity) they get roasted or turned into curry, soup or burger patties. Ballet barre is toning my thighs and the rest of me too. Not getting smaller but firmer and more defined. I have muscley legs without trying. Any added fat is just making them look heavy. If I had grown an extra few inches I'd have great legs!! LOL ( genetics again)

Look into FODMAPS to work out what isn't agreeing with you. I can't tolerate fructose and end up like you then IBS too.

I had a dexa scan done when I had a bone density test. it cost $50. I am 163 cm and was 49 kilos then. I had more fat than muscles by a mile. You can take a few cups of rolled oats, empty a large can of pie apples into it. Add nuts seeds berries, whatever you like. refrigerate overnight. You can add coconut yoghurt if you like it on top.
