Eatting clean is really difficult for me. I'm allergic to Soy, all nuts, beans, and on top of that I have Oral Allergy Syndrome. So I can only really eat like berries, tomatoes, and green leafy veggies. I can also eat Banana and Pineapple.
Recently I've been feeling bloated, and noticed I need to eat cleaner. Does anyone with Oral Allergy Syndrome have any tips on meals/snacking?
Thank you!!

Eating too much fibre, and too many greens may cause bloating.... It's not necessarily a sign that you need to "eat clean"

Your allergies sound tough, what does the oral allergy mean for you? Perhaps focus on what you can eat and make those foods fit your numbers. You sound like you can eat meat, some vegies and fruit. What about eggs, avocado, oils, butter and dairy? Baked goods sans soy?

I did FODMAPS for most of last year- if that help you...it helped my tummy issues about 80%
