  • I had total ankle replacement and fusion of some bones in my foot back in February. I am still on crutches. If you can get to a pool, that is great for helping with the ankle, I tread water and do some swimming. Also I have been able to ride a stationary bike, so you might try those ideas.
  • I use Glucosamine regularly. I was born with a birth defect in my foot, they corrected it with surgery. About when I was 11 years old, arthritis and tendentitis in that foot and ankle kicked in bad. I wait tables so I am on my feet ALL the time. So taking it has helped it out along with my hips.
