Yum! Fruit is probably my favorite category. This week cherries were on sale, so it's been a GREAT week!!

How did you do today, rainey?

Welcome, scoop! Glad you found us!!!!

slimmerang - Do you work M-F? I'm wondering the the change in daily schedule maybe relaxes you some? I'm a SAHM, so weekends seem to be just as busy but with a husband in the mix. lol. Make it your goal to go strictly by the containers next weekend (take them out with you if you must!). Today I did cheat a little bit and…

slimmerang what flavor Shakeology do you use? I got the regular chocolate, but I'm hearing that the vegan chocolate tastes better.

Good luck, MrsO! The nice thing about the exercises is that if you don't like it, you only have to do it for a minute. lol.

So a quick story. Every other week or so, we have Sunday "dinner" (lunch really) at my mother in law's house. She always makes a lot of food with a lot of veggies and always dessert. When DH and I were counting calories, we kind of gave up because one Sunday we estimated that even "being good" we still took in about 1000…

MrsOlson, I don't think the book mentions weighing in. Just at the beginning and the end. I think it's up to you and your preferences. I tend to weigh in every day (I can't help myself), but use a weekly weight to make it (mentally) official.

Did the Yoga Fix today. My first time ever doing yoga! The stretching felt good, but I don't know if I'd do it more than once a week. It just doesn't feel like a workout if I'm not sweating. lol

I LOVE the app. I lose papers so this is so nice to have.

Took some ibuprofen this morning, and did my cardio fix. Feeling MUCH better now!!

Welcome! You've found a great community for support! I'll send a request!

You can do it!! What has helped me the most: 1) Figuring out the "why". Why do you want to lose the weight? What are your reasons? Figure this out, write it down, and remind yourself of it CONSTANTLY. 2) Find a support line of people ready to cheer you on. Utilize them and reach out to them. 3) Hold yourself accountable.…

I do Zumba on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At the moment I plan on doing just the DVDs along with Zumba. But ouchie! Lower fix and Pilates fix the day after (with Zumba in between) is really kicking my butt!

Last night I sauteed some yellow and red peppers (I don't like green), with some water and a little of the balsamic dressing in the recipe book.

I'm on day three! And a sneak peek at the scale is showing me down 3.4 lbs! Yessssss! (I know it's going to start slowing down but the initial drop is just exciting).

I'm on it right now and LOVE it. I've been on MFP for years and have always worked on the calorie deficit. However, I was also making a lot of wrong food choices so I stalled for awhile. This is what I needed to get back on track and learn about balanced eating.

I think in the past I've logged mine under circuit training.

My kit comes today! I'm very excited. Feel free to add me. Also, I created a group for those who want to come in and share ideas and support. :) http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/102118-fun-with-21-day-fix

A five mile race!! That's great! I've only gotten up to a 5K, and it's not exactly running season for me (I prefer to run outside...and I'm just not going to do it in the snow lol). I'll resume in the spring. But for right now my goal is to do multiple rounds with a cheat meal between each round. I figure I can plan out my…

I will be starting my first round on Wednesday, Jan 14. My shipment should arrive tomorrow. My game plan is to use the remainder of my protein powder, and then transition to Shakeology (I like shakes for breakfast, I just don't like the flavor of my current powder). My game plan is to do a full round of the 21 day fix, and…

Here, I made a group! http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/102118-fun-with-21-day-fix

Mine is coming in tomorrow!! Can't wait!!! Would be happy to join in on the fun!

Is the scale moving? If it is moving at 2000 calories, I would not stress at this point. Even if the scale is moving slower than you'd like, if it is still moving downwards, you're making progress. Is your goal too low? Don't be afraid to bump it up to 1 lb a week to get into the routine of reduced eating. Goals can always…

Bumping this to weigh in on my experience! For Christmas, I got a Withings Pulse! I used it for a total of four days, when I dropped it in the slushy parking lot at the gym, and 30 minutes later I realized my error and found it. It was completely dead. Knowing that it was my fault, I emailed customer service anyway to find…

I used to be an elliptical junkie but after I started running I prefer the treadmill! Even when I'm not up for running, I can change the incline and feel like I'm mountain climbing and get a good workout in! That being said, our gym has AMTs (Adaptive Motion Trainer), that are similar to an elliptical but you control the…

I finished C25K in October, and it was well worth it. After my 5K I had a loonnngg break thanks to bronchitis and holidays, but I'm back in the game. :) If you're doing a five mile walk, I would start it with the C25K and then walk afterwards. When the weather was nice that's what I would do sometimes (although I never did…

You have to really want it. Seriously. When you want it bad enough, you will do what it takes to make it happen. Start trying out different things. Find something you like. Make some kind of fitness/health goals. Find good music to listen to. Watch your nutrition. For me, I've found personally that on the days I'm…

I love Zumba. Don't limit yourself physically by your weight. Give it a try and see what your body can do. (I used to tell myself all the time that I would start running after I lost weight. This time around, I started running at 240 lbs. I'm still probably the slowest girl in the gym, but I won't be that way for long!)
