  • My wedding day (almost 6 years ago) to my "during" (I still have about 35 lbs to reach goal)
  • All allergies are not the same. My 14 year old is allergic to tree nuts (although not cashews which is funny but the dr said not to even mess with that), but she LOVES peanut butter. Peanuts are a legume, which is in a completely different category than the tree nuts, so in many cases one can be allergic to one category…
  • Hey there, Katie! I had forgotten about this group! Since starting 21 Day Fix, I've been using MFP less and less (haven't logged a single calorie since Jan and I've lost 29+ lbs!). I'm over on facebook now. Are you a mom? We've got a FB group for moms on 21 day fix... www.facebook.com/groups/fixformoms I'd love to have you…
  • Considering I don't put nearly as much junk into my body as I used to, you're probably right. :) But I will say that even though I live in NY where Cheesecake is king, and even though I did have cheesecake (better than Cheesecake Factory) at my wedding - yes, it is the most amazing thing ever. I can eat an entire portion…
  • I do this with ricotta and PB2 (and cocoa). Most amazing thing ever!! http://fitfuntina.com/chocolate-peanut-butter-cannoli/
  • Coconut oil. Soooo delicious!
  • Tesha! You're too kind! I'm also tall so it stretches some of that weight out!! :D Thank you!
  • Thanks, everyone! : )
  • I made this last night. Chocolate Chia Pudding. You make it and store it in the fridge overnight. http://fitfuntina.com/chocolate-chia-pudding/
  • i love the smile!
  • "Unstuffed cabbage". it uses turkey sausage. You can do regular ground turkey, too, but I like the zing in the sausage. http://fitfuntina.com/unstuffed-cabbage/
  • Crockpot buffalo chicken!!!! http://fitfuntina.com/crockpot-buffalo-chicken/
  • http://fitfuntina.com/chocolate-chickpea-muffins/ Chocolate chickpea muffins. They are so delicious that even my 14 yr old anti "healthy" enjoys them. :)
  • Hey everyone! I've actually been successful enough with 21 Day Fix that I'm no longer logging my food. As a result, I've kinda stopped using MFP. I do have a health/fitness group on facebook if anyone would like to join! www.facebook.com/fitfunatics Hope to see y'all there! I want to hear successes, too!
  • Buffalo chicken burgers on the grill!
  • fitfuntina.com/crockpot-buffalo-chicken/ Here's a recipe for buffalo crockpot chicken. I made this today. Absolutely delicious!!!

  • Well, my cold turned into what I thought was bronchitis, so I finally went to the dr yesterday, who told me I had pneumonia! Bah! So, I haven't really been able to do 21DFX yet. (Although I did a couple of the workouts when I over-did it) They are hard core! So I'm back on the sidelines again. Boo. Well, the good news is…
  • I've finished 2 complete rounds. In those 2 rounds I'm down 18 lbs and about 19 inches (I don't have my measurements with me). I've lost another pound since then and will be starting the extreme tomorrow! The only setback is I have a chest cold (boo), so I'm trying to lay off the cardio until that is better. I did Yoga Fix…
  • Awesome job, KCBE!
  • I finished up round one on Tuesday. Official #s -11.6 lbs, -14 inches! Had a Whopper Jr. (and some fries) to give myself a cheat (stayed on track rest of day). Today I'm starting the 3 Day Refresh (and Les Mills Combat), but going back to 21 day fix nutrition on Sunday :)
  • I hit my 2 week mark today. 10.6 lbs and 10". Progress regressed a tiny bit thanks to my monthly friend. Ugh. But carrying on!!!
  • ughh rainey. hang in there. being sidelined from activities is frustrating
  • slimmerang...great job!!! 7.9 in 3 weeks is awesome :)
  • great job, slimmerang! Did you do the 3 day fix (or planning on it)? I wasn't originally planning on it, but I have a dietbet that I'll likely fail if I don't at least try it. (I signed up for a six month bet, and got sidelined with family issues for a huge part of it).
  • Congrats!!! My kids are also 2 years apart. I call them the "dynamic duo" because they're almost the same size and getting into the same things. I'm done with having babies (my youngest is 21 months old!), but I feel you on the blah thing from not eating well during pregnancy. I know several coaches that are actually…
  • Yep, Shauna, all are welcome no matter where you are. I'm planning on doing this program back to back (I might change fitness programs after awhile to Turbofire or 21 Fix extreme)
  • IMO, you can switch now. If you get hungry, you can always use an extra container. I'm at the next level down, and the only time I've ever been hungry is if I forget to pack food!! lol The containers give a range of calories anyway, so there's buffering room in there.
  • MrsO - I've always been obsessed with the number. My husband tries to talk me down when I have gains but it's of no use. (Sometimes his "help" isn't really helpful. He's learned to stay quiet unless there's a drop lol). But the drops do encourage me, and sometimes I "just want to know". Maybe when you weigh yourself you…
  • kcbe21, I've mostly been logging them as "circuit training" (except for yoga and pilates). Since I'm using the container system, I haven't been logging my food, but I log my workouts now so I can see what I've done.
  • I'm going to an sports med dr this week. My hip has been aching for about a month after sleeping on the couch (isn't that weird??). Anyhow, I was hoping the exercise/yoga would have helped, but no. I did the total cardio fix today....oh word, that's the hardest one!
