Club One-derland from 254! (Pics!)

This morning I hit a weight I haven't seen in 9 years. My highest weight was 280 (immediately before my daughter was born 2 years ago), but my official starting weight (after the baby weight came off) was 254. I'm 5'9"
I spent 1.5 years logging calories and hitting the gym. I ran two 5Ks, but in 2014 I just STALLED. I was hitting the gym consistently several times a week, but my nutrition was not fully under control.
For the past several years, I've wanted to be healthy for my family, but in January, I really hit my WHY. Besides my weight, I've always been a picture of "perfect health". The only thing my bloodwork had deficiencies were my Vitamin D levels. Blood pressure? Perfect. Blood sugars? Perfect (even in pregnancies). Cholesterol? Great. It was never a surprise, because I inherited my mom's health genes. We were perfect clones because our numbers have always been similar, despite both of us having extra weight upon us. In November, my mom started getting sick. At first, it was pneumonia that was bad enough for hospitalization. It had flared up her COPD caused by her smoking years. And then after Christmas, she was hospitalized two more times until she finally got a diagnosis of Cirrhosis (non-alcoholic) - aka Fatty Liver disease. Her years of eating unhealthy had finally caught up with her. She had to immediately permanently change her diet, and has been on a long road of recovery. I decided that I did NOT want that future for myself or my kids, so I knew I had to make a change.
I started 21 Day Fix through Beachbody. Through it, I learned balanced eating. When I was counting calories, I wasn't fulfilling my macros properly, and at the end of the day I was left hungry and frustrated. Since January, I have followed the container program for 21 Day Fix. It's become second nature at this point. I haven't logged a single calorie, and I have lost 24 pounds since starting. I also started using their workouts, and have bumped up to 21 Day Fix extreme.
Long story short, it has taken me 2 years to lose 54 pounds. I know some people are able to lose weight much more quickly, but that is just not me. I'm going at my pace. I've had hiccups, but I HAVEN'T GIVEN UP.
And now I have a fabulous problem. My closet is shrinking as my clothes are no longer fitting! I started out wearing 22W, and now my 16s are getting too loose. I was also wearing XL/XXL, and now I'm comfortably in L. I now get to start on the journey to discovering my personal style! But not too quickly, because my journey is still in progress!
Okay, here comes the pics!
This is my post baby before at 254 pounds.
