I'm glad I took them as I HAVE to walk away from the scales....I just look at my wobbles and am blinded by the old chubby me! thank you :flowerforyou: weights are just so important. I did 6 months of intense cardio and loved it....but it's weight training that's changed my figure

thank you....it's after seeing this photo that I do look slim now ( compare to ones I took earlier in the year)....I don't see it when I look in the mirror as I'm blinded by my weight...i'm not looking at the scale anymore, think I might have a break from that and just continue with this programme.... I don't understand…

no! keep forgetting! works gone crazy and i'm running around like a mad woman at the moment! When I do remember it's when i'm half naked getting ready for work and the cameras down stairs...i'll do it soon! I hate myself in photos so it's gonna be tough!

gulp....ok I'll try....can only take them myself so they don't come out that well! my daughter might take them but I feel a bit foolish! I ws actually going to do it this morning but I'd left my camera at work....promise I'll do it soon! I just don't like myself in photos!

Hi sorry just seen this and piping in! I had a break over Summer and started back on week one which really helped....it's tough...although sounds like you've sorted it best to go back a step and get good form... ooo a PT session, I'd love some of those for xmas too!

Hi I've had a break from this routine due to holiday/concentrating on a big charity walk so backed off completely from weights and then did a routine my gym instructor gave me but it was a lot of shoulder work which hurt due to an injury and much prefer this routine. Hi Balti's are pretty good as tomato based. I love vegetable balti. I'm not a vegetarian but always have it with chicken tikka and it's pretty low calorie have a great night

I plateaued for 5 months even though I was keeping really fit with cardio, probably 6 times a week and within cals etc....as soon as I started weight training it jump started weight loss and its' making a huge difference within 7 weeks. agree with the others....and don't be afraid to bring the weight down if it's still too much. You're better off getting your form right initially and then start increasing as you get used to it. That's very heavy weights you're doing already! well done you for getting started....i'm loving it...good luck:flowerforyou:
