yeah i've been stuck on same weight for about 6 weeks now and am getting very fit..6-7 classes a week and try a swim in there too ... i feel it with you!!!!

almost forgot!!! did a kettlebells class 45 mins yesterday....gonna be tough to fit it in today but I'll try!!!

sorry i forgot to post end of last week. Ive been doing at least 30 mins a day apart from yesterday as I had a day off after celebrating my birthday Saturday night! 90 mins tonight, pump class followed by spinning :o)

ive had to get out of the pool earlier than normal before as was shaking with hunger....bloody sugar level low...but normally after gym i've lost my apetite for a bit..not long!!!

sorry i'm pretty new to all this and been looking at my tdee calculator which says i need 2431 cals a day ( i exercise about 6-7 times a week)....so that would mean i should eat about 1900 cals per day? mfp says 1200 and then you eat your cals back.....i don't get to eat them back always when i exercise so do you change…

I'm about to start this afternoon! i'm going to mix it with other gym classes I go to and not do the shred everyday eg tomorrow I have kettlebells followed straight after with step so won't do it tmw. Will when I do just one class or a swim. good luck!

i go once a week to Zumba...it's hilarious....you laugh a lot...fool around a lot..and sweat buckets!!! so burn a lot too! good luck!

me three.....may not be able to start til wednesday though. Ive booked spinning tonight and TRX which are both hard tonight and tomorrow already. If i have energy by time I get home I'll start but probably wednesday.....good luck!!!

a few people in our gym this happened too when they were new to that class...they've built up to it now and seem ok. One of them kept holding their breath so make sure you're breathing deeply and steadily?

Hi, dont' know if i'm replying to you specifically and if I'm doing this right!!!! i used to get exercise hives!!! awful, had to stop running it was so bad....i took antihistamines at night as they make me sleepy and it sorted it out...once i did it for a few weeks it seemed to go and I rarely suffer now...

I've tried cheaper ones and just didn't support well.....i use shock absorber which are brilliant....bought one yesterday from amazon which was £20 which is pretty good for them.
