Are you trying to lose 23 lbs in 5 weeks or 5 kg ... there is a big difference... and no you cant do it health.

One thing I found that helped, because I have friends that love to eat out, is to find restaurants in town that have low calorie meals. As for snacking thats harder but just try and keep healthy snacks in the house. Hope these suggestions help

I think it depends on what you set your normal daily activities, I think for most people shopping would be included in that but if you choose stationary maybe it is considered extra.

Ive also been in your case, finding it hard to get motivated, and having to deal with Depression at the same time. I hope this site helps you like it has helped me.
