I was to be able to tell the story of how I meet my good friend Ian, without having to included that I was 45 lbs smaller at the time. And the fact that I was only 115 lbs is a pretty important part of the story oddly enough.

If you type breastfeeding into your food entry there are a couple different options and it gives you a negative number. Hope that helps

Your goal is 1200 calories for the day, Youve eaten 1259 already, Because you exercised you get an extra 424 calories. The net calories you consumed was 835 calories. Does that help clear anything up?

My problem is pasta too!! I love pasta! I always make large portions of foods, so I can have pre made meals in the freezer for lunches and such. Pasta being the exception, I only cook a small portion, if I cook more I will eat more :(

I looked at your profile and its says in the past you have gone up and down if you do do 1000 calories a day you will go down, but it wont be healthy and you will go up again. 3 lbs a month isnt that bad, They say 1 lb a week is the recommended weight lose.

Its my understanding that you can not gain muscle with a caloric deficit... Correct me if Im wrong please.

Make some things like healthy muffins, so you can grab it on your way out.

I think all that matters is that you keep it consistent. I personally start my day when I wake up and end it when I got to bed. I dont worry about whether or not its technically the next day, but I know others do midnight to midnight.

You will lose weight if you have a caloric deficit. It kind of doesnt matter what you eat. The you should eat this vs you shouldnt eat that, has more to do with your protien/fat/carb/sodium... intake. I hope that clears things up, and you also get feed back from other users.

1 lb a week is a healthy weight loss... so try not to find it frustrating. From what Ive heard and seen and experienced, if you lose weight too fast you will gain it back.

I would personally feel way less safe if I knew that every person around me could be carrying a gun. And I have never felt that having a gun with me would make any situation better.

Love this! Meet a lady from Iowa and she wouldnt believe me that I grow strawberries in Canada... apparently she thought it was too cold, sigh. Why do so many Americans think that Canada as a whole is frozen all year round??? Edit* When I meet her I was in Tampa.

I never have problem with general practitioners but getting in to see specialist is a long wait. ie. 6 Months to get an allergy test, then 2 months to get the results.

I dont think people are trying to be rude, but 1200 is really easy to eat so if you arent there is likely a reason. Ie. Eating the wrong foods, starving yourself, not logging everything, not actually entering the correct potions (do you weight your foods?).

I have this problem right now, solution, longer shirts until you can properly fit into the next size down.
