I've tried it also but couldn't stick to it. But I LOVE their cereal! I eat it evey morning for breakfast. Low on calories and it tastes great! Good Luck with th challenge!! Be sure to share your results and thoughts of it at the end!

I hate to run too! I do zumba workouts followed by a kickboxing workout! It's great movement for your entire body! And believe me you'll feel the burn!

frozen fruit of any kind works for me! And if you throw in a little bit of vanilla yogurt that helps too. Not bad on calories!
