He still has to film the Christmas special, and will be back for season 8.

Thread is too long to read the whole thing, I'm sure this has already been said, but: The Jerk Classic.

P.S. The scene where Porridge said he felt like a monster for pitying the person who had to push the button more than that billion trillion people who died, then the Doctor pops up... knowing we pity him for pushing the button on the Time Lords. Feels.

I'm a big TNG fan and it didn't really remind me of the Borg at all :\ I thought schizo Doctor was a good performance. He was emotional/etc. because he was the Cyber Planner, the intelligent commander of the Cybermen, and not a drone like the others get turned into. Plus it was quite clear that their two personalities were…

You people are insane. Matt Smith is the epitome of human perfection. I will miss the glorious hair, but he is still lovely.

I'm really thinking it's all a hoax. Seriously, there are no spoilers to be found, even when looking for them. I've been all over tumblr and reddit, nothing. Just a bunch of people saying "If you post spoilers, I will cut you." and no spoilers.

The Tom Tom thing was kind of funny... but it seems like something they should have all had a laugh at and then not actually put in the episode. I loved The Doctor being the monster. It would have been nice if it had been a little more of a struggle for him to get back to normal.

Right. Why try to say that all people have to be socially inept and fashion oblivious, or else they are not a real geek? I am fashionable, social, listen to great music, AND can probably beat you down in Doctor Who, LOTR, Harry Potter knowledge. I think that makes me more awesome, not a fake geek :noway:

I love me some Pertwee :) I love how Smith has had a bit of a Pertwee quality so far in season 7B also.

I've been fairly disapointed with the season so far, UNTIL this episode. I adored it. I think it will end up amonst my top favorites, with Blink, Girl in the Fireplace, Vincent and the Doctor, The God Complex. I thought it was absolutely amazing. I LOVED Clara in this episode. Her character so far this season has been so…

Yay Matt and Karen!

It's probably the whole "This girl won't date me so she must not be a real geek" thing.

The Zombies. Their album Odyssey and Oracle is one of my very favorites

For a second I thought this thread might be about the epicly awesome band from the '60s.

I also think it has something to do with her existing outside the normal rules of Time, like Jack. But it also seems a bit personal with the TARDIS getting all snarky and basically calling her self-absorbed. If I HAVE to pick a side, I'm with Sexy.

This is EXACTLY how I feel about her. I was so ready to love her from the Dalek episode, but now I just want Dalek Clara back. She was such a better version of the character.

I've never found anything like this in food. It makes me wonder if there HAVE been things but I just ate them without realizing :indifferent: Blech

Yeah... I watched the show, I get it :ohwell: Also, I think you mean Amy Pond, and TARDIS. The only part of that that was speculation was that The Silence set River's timeline to go in the reverse of the Doctor's. I don't believe that to be true, as they do a few times meet in random order, not in complete reverse. The…

That WOULD be fun!

I really don't think the Question, the Silence, the Fields of Trenzalor, of the Fall of the Eleventh will be in the 50th anniversary at all. I think that will be where 11 regenerates into 12, and we know he will at least have the Christmas special after the 50th and probably another season after that. I really like this…

V for Vendetta, Little Miss Sunshine, Snakes on a Plane, and the second Pirates of the Caribbean movie. Plus a ton more, 2006 was a good year for movies.

Bruce Springsteen - Leah If a man ever desires to propose marriage to me, he must do it with this song or he will be rejected. It is perfect.

What is up with all the Star Wars hate?

This makes a lot of sense! I've actually seen one of the episodes with Omega now that I think about it. That's a really good theory.

That reminds me of when I saw part of Braveheart when I was like 7. It was the part where they were about to rip Mel Gibson's arms and legs off and then read the list of where his various body parts were deposited. I was seriously disturbed. The funny thing is I saw it right as my mom and I were leaving the house, she was…

The Fourth Kind really freaked me out when I first saw it, but not as much now. I think my tear ducts imploded through P.S. I Love You. Too sad to ever watch again. And this one movie I saw when I was a kid REALLY freaked me out, I was about 12. I don't remember the name of it, but it was sci-fi. People were either at some…

Bahahaha those gifs are adorable! Especially the ones where Watson wipes off the "not" and kills him.
