i couldnt. Fitness and taking care of my body is such a vital part of my life, I would find it hard to be with someone who didnt care about it the way I did. And it would have a negative influence on me.

ill maybe eat back all my exercise calories but other than that its a regular day for me

my dad went to an obesity conference last year. apparently the latest theory is that if you eat enough calories, cardio helps you lose weight. If you dont eat enough then weights and strength training helps you lose. Dont ask me why!?

my school has a eco friendly building and they pay you to poop there ! only a quarter haha. its called the poop campaign and it goes right back into the eco system !
