Yeah, I lost almost 50 and i have the little flap of skin I HATE IT. What should I do ?

When i started MFP i was fallowing calories etc. but I was not losing. I randomly decided to stop eating cheese for a few months and I started losing really fast. Hahah go figure.

YES new years is my motivation. I want to be at 125 by them. I am at 129 ish now but i have been here for a LONG time. WE CAN DO IT.

2/3rd of each plate fruits and or veggies! thats what works for me for lunch and dinner ! breakfast is more carbs.

Its really hard! I find it easier if i eat alone, that way im not infleunced by other people.

THATS AWESOME ! I do insanity like 2x a week and i run 3 miles about 4 times a week but maybe i should just stick with insanity!!

sorry its not about weight ! Just tone up your legs and they will look hot even without a gap. And get more gap-ish

Honestly it has changed everything. It has made me believe in myself, given me self respect and made me better at every other aspect of my life. Because I did it myself, and thats pretty awesome.

I do find it hard to lose if i dont regulate my drinking. It doesnt make me gain but it may keep me from losing.

I just got back to school and i honestly cant take the comments ! EVERYONE mentions it. Then it just makes me feel like they will all notice if i gain any back/WHY IS MY BODY A TOPIC OF CONVERSATION ? I have started going to class in clothes that make me look fat and no make up to avoid the comments.

this is 2 of my housemates ! Everytime i come home they are all "look what i baked you/bought for you" even after i have said repeatedly that i want to get and make my own food and not share theirs.

The plantains are fried and Im just really not that comfortable with so many carbs, personal preference. I had trouble losing weight until I limited carb consumption.

Thanks! Nutrition is actually a huge problem here, lots of women are obese or overweight. (yet somehow the men all look like they have gym memberships).

I dont even want to think about the lack of nutrients I have going one right now. And the only meat or fish available is fried, so protein is pretty much only beans and peanut butter, which is ok I guess.

Just because you havnt felt hungry doing this in the past doesnt mean that cant change. If you are building muscle or switching workouts or doing lots of things during the day that makes you hungry. it could also be hormonal.

I had this problem for months !!! It finally (like a few weeks ago) started to shift. Just keep on losing bodyfat and it will resolved itself.
