I work out usually 6 days a week for about an hour every day, sometimes a little less sometimes more. On average i burn 300-500 per workout. I also walk everywhere, which usually adds 100-200 a day. I think this depends on the type of fat you are talking about. "good fats" really are GOOD. That doesnt mean all fat is good for you. It doesnt mean you should be eating tons of bacon and burgers and hunks of cheese and heavy cream.

if my initial goal is 1300 i eat at least that much, sometimes eat back some exercise calories but honestly i dont worry about it that much. If i eat 3 healthy meals Im not going to eat extra to get to a certain number. (Lol and yes, people will attack this comment, but im just giving my opinion !) I feel like the calories…

This is not necessarily true. I didnt look at the specific exercises but 10 calories a minute is a good workout, and usually a starting point for me.

I do this as much as possible but I eat in the dinning halls at school so its far from the way I eat when im home. Add me if you like but its probably not quite what you are looking for. (Lol its not what im looking for either)

there are so many people i would never tell! To lots of college students losing weight on purpose is not a "cool" thing to do, it means you care too much about the superficial. I just dont bring it up because i dont want to get into conversations where I appear to be against body acceptance etc.

girl i hear you! The more i work out the bigger they get, even if i try to not work them lol. I have no idea what to do about this. At least you have big butt go with them! My thighs disproportionately big for my body.

im 5 1, I eat around 1200 every day and I did plateau for a little while, and got out of it through calorie cycling. As long as you throw a few spike days in there you should be fine.

good luck! there are lots of tricks to feeling full on less calories! Im a short person so I have to keep my calorie intake low. Feel free to check out my diary for tips

I have one great under armor bra. Otherwise I just wear two sports bras. and a shirt with a built in bra lol.

I was on antibiotics so I didnt drink. Its amazing how much of a difference that makes for me! not only do i not get the calories from the drinks but i also dont eat tons of crap like i usually do when i drink.

great job! Like people have said, try strength training ! dont be sad if that makes the scale stand still for a while, take your measurements instead. Good luck! (also dont be afraid to go hard! )

Thats probably a good idea to up your calorie intake. There are some healthy foods that are calorie dense. Try avacados, almonds (any nuts actually), greek yogurt, olive oil, salmon, sunflower seeds etc. All these foods have really important oils. Your skin and hair might improve as well.

its ok to not eat back all your exercise calories. Some people always do but personally I think of it like wiggle room. If im out with my friends or extra hungry then I have options.

I have heard this before but im not sure that it is true for me. As a lose my ratio gets smaller. My hips are shrinking much faster than my waist.
