there are lots of really healthy granolas out there. just saying. also, i make my own sometimes and its fantastic. the almonds make it higher cal but that doesnt mean its unhealthy.

honestly these foods themselves are not unhealthy. Obviously you can make anything bad for you by adding ingredients that are unhealthy. Monday was by 21st birthday and it was my first splurge day in 6 months. Let me say that i felt ****ty and Its been hard to get back on track. I dont think ill be doing that again anytime soon. I do higher calorie days but I always stay under.

I use it like a safety net. If i dont feel like eating them back I dont. If im neutral about it i dont. If im hungry than I do. It gives you room to be flexible.

i combatted this by only having a limited supply of food at any given time. For example, if I wanted to snack right now my only option would be an orange. But that is easier for me because I dont have a refrigerator or kitchen lol.

yea its for sure from the candy. For me that reaction happens within an hour of eating sugar. I get really sluggish and depressed till I eat some pure protein and sleep it off. Its actually worse than a hangover lol.

I totally understand !I cant wear shirts that are no stretchy. Any kind of button startchy shirt make me feel so constrained, Especially if i accidently flex lol

Thanks! I dont have a PT and I have been doing lots of lunges and squats trying to target my gluts. Maybe they bulked up my thighs by mistake. What kind of cardio? I alternate between 4-5 mile runs and sprints/intervals.

Ok, ill just keep doing what i have been doing lol. I have decreased my bf % from 29 to 25 and my thighs didnt get smaller, thats why I was asking.

While the rest of my body has gone down in measurements my thighs have increased. If no one else has experienced this than dont worry about it but if you have and you know how to workout without bulking them up than please let me know.

I have lost a lot from my boobs which is great, I am really happy to not be called "tits" anymore. (I wish I was kidding) HOWEVER they are looking pretty saggy for 20 year old boobs. not sure. A combination of lots of things. College, Birth control pills, a relationship with a fast food addict, depression. all of which contributed to poor eating habits, though I was consistantly working out through the weight gain process.
