I have a water bottle, i bring it with me everywhere. Drink water in class, when im walking places, when im at work, when im at the library. If you have it with you all the time its easier. Its so much easier to focus when im well hydrated !

seriously only count water as water. As soon as you add something to water it changes the balance, and when you put it in your body than the water has to interact with the solutes in your water instead of just directly hydrating you.

Trying to lose weight is very frustrating though, it might be a defense mechanism. I know I was frustrated that i gained 45 lbs while working out 6 days a week. People just gave me advice I was already taking, so you never really know what somones story is.

YES fat is harder than thin. I think everyone has had hurtful experiences if they are overweight. That being said, people do seem to be meaner to women who are thin. I have friends Im afraid to eat healthy food in front of because i know there will be some bull**** confrontation.

It actually could be negating the water you are drinking :( I would suggest cutting up citrus fruit and putting that in your water, or even cucumbers, instead of adding tea.

I didnt look at more than a few days but i would say you should cut back on desserts. Sometimes staying within calorie limits is not enough, it really matters what those calories are. I know some people say a calorie is a calorie but that really is not the case for most people.

It was like this with my ex. I gained 45 lbs in that relationship. Eventually I stopped eating 90% of my meals with him which really pissed him off but I had to put myself first and I wasnt making healthy choices when we had meals together.

If your cramps are so bad that you literally cant even go to class (this is my sometimes, very bad news ) then maybe skip it. Anything less is just an excuse.
