Soy effects a lot of things, not to mention 99% of soy in the US is GMO. Fermented soy in moderation is good for you. Do your research! I'll stick with Almond Milk as well ;)

I just have to chime in for the small breasted ladies - you say your boobs can NEVER sag, well, that's not entirely true. I've seen tiny little boobs sag because of not wearing bras like one should and the normal wear and tear as you age. You can't run from it forever :D

I love, love, love putting just a little bit of salt, pepper and thyme on my pork chops. When you brown them with the thyme, it's amazing! :)

I don't restrict myself for the point you made. When I say "no pizza" (my favorite food - ever), I easily jump off the weight loss wagon and don't come back for a while. I have one life and I don't feel I need to deprive myself of good food once in a while.
