I have in the past but not for the last couple of weeks bc my scale at home is different from the scale I use at work. I go by the scale at work for check in's on MFP. Since our "biggest loser" contest has ended and will not be starting back until September, I haven't been posting my weigh ins at all.

Just finished and loved the squats they are my favorite bc with consistency my butt looks awesome! Luv IT! But those dern star jumps, O-M-G! But I completed the challenge and lived. Good feeling!

Finished the squats and tried a pushup. I went down and couldnt get back up. Then I remembered the girlie pushups and did 10 of those. I'm not finished just pacing myself. LOL!

I've tried the subway salads but by the time Im finished getting cheese and salad dressing I'm well over 500 or so calories.

Good Idea! Why didnt I think of that? Maybe because I am weak from not eating lunch today:smile: . But that makes plenty sense. I can just divide my lunch into two portions one for lunch and one for dinner. Will give it a try tomorrow. Hope I dont get greedy and eat it all in one sitting. Thanks a bunch!
