as long as you get the reccomended amount, it dosn't matter the portion i drink 3, 32 oz glasses of water plus an extra 16 oz sometimes, but it's spreadout throughout the day
-
oh not sure how i missed that, thanks
-
4 oz isn't much don't bother, but i must ask... how did you do this?
-
I had some of that eariler today with jasmine rice :D
-
Not sure yet UPDATE: CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP AND MEAT LOAF IS WHAT I DECIDED!
-
sounds like you have runners legs to me, embrace it
-
what i do is drink out of a big 32 oz cup, nothing but water all day and that seems to work fine :D Drink 2-3 of those and you should be set If it's the taste of water you guys don't like, don't worry in time that goes away and you'll like it more than soda

THAT

You're on your own with that one, i have a cat and its hard trying to get sleep around her.
-
Anytime, sleep is very important to health:)
-
think about this, healthy Omega fats that are found in fish, nuts, olive oil actually help you burn fat faster. 1 serving of nuts has roughly 200 calories and 15-20g of HEALTHY Omega fats. try to get atleast 1 serving of these per day. Try to stick to roasted with low salt or no salt, not those sugary ones.

Shooting yourself in the foot man, you need sleep for proper muscle growth. Try to put in 1 more hour of sleep and you should be fine.
-
you need more sleep Sunshine_88, that goes for everyone whos not getting enough sleep. The 2 main things that grow the MOST muscle are sleep, and proper nutrition (unless you're using steroids haha)
-
Try to get atleast 8 hours a night but not more than 10 hours. 8 hours a night helps with muscle growth, when gaining muscle sleep is where the magic happens. :)
-
You're doing great! Just keep at it, and you'll have it in no time.
-
I'm sorry for the loss
-
i love having a fast metabolism :D

cat.

I heard planet fitness was pretty bad, if you're lifting weights and you grunt to loud or accidently drop weights some stupid alarm goes off and they ask you to leave the building
-
The only way you're going to gain over 25 pounds of muscle in a year is if youre juicing, or you have freakishly strong genitics.
-
Agreed Calories are a HUGE point of gaining mass, if you eat under your caloric intake you might just be burning muscle instead of building it!
-
you can always join a local gym and start from there. strength training is hard at first but once you do it for awhile, you love it! you can start doing it any time of the year also. so don't worry and do it when you feel ready
-
When bodybuilding you need to have a little bit of body fat on you that way your muscle has something to feed off of, and your caloric intake will be alot higher than if you were cutting fat. I've also noticed people reply very quickly on this website, and they're friendly too! hopefully you figure out which of the 2 you…

you're on the right track then!

Welcome to the site man, im also new myself. I live just south of you in Tampa, hope you stick with the weight loss/weight gain whichever you choose!
-
heres a good tip, eat slow digesting carbs. If you eat alot of white bread, rice, noodles they turn to fat faster if you don't burn them off with workouts, also if you eat alot of sugar that turns to fat REALLY fast. so stick to whole grain and stuff like that, not to mention foods high in fiber will fill you up faster and…

losing weight for women is a little harder than for men, you just need to keep at it, won't happen over night. also take another look at your diet and see where you can cut some carbs/calories and do cardio like run/swim or even walk. also if your eating salads thinking "oh im going to lose alot of weight this way" be sure…
