I've been bodybuilding for 7 months now, and i decided to drop by this thread, and i gotta say... i litterly knew nothing about building mass and bulking back then haha. Soy for men is a bad thing(if thier trying to build muscle and you eat it way to often), it raises estrogin levels. But for a woman i think it should be fine. If you're looking for other protein sorces theres always "whey protein" and it's usually pretty cheap.

Protein shakes are the way to go if you want easy, try to get a whey isolate protein shake instead of your normal protein shakes, isolate has less cholesterol with still the same grams of protein.

If you eat all your calories a day and make them into 6 small meals a day it can actually speed up your metabolism thus burning more fat.

If you eat the right calories and amount of protein then you shouldn't lose much muscle at all if any. when strength training you should only hit one muscle group a week anyway other than doing cardio. (or whenever the soreness goes away)

you can eat after 6pm.. just make sure it's not a meal high in carbs.

I added a friend on here who makes chips with "flatout" multigrain wraps, should check out his videos on youtube. Hes got some pretty good food ideas on there (MattyFusaro) it's one of his more recent videos where he makes a taco salad, but thats a good chip subsitute
