Yeah man no problem, i had this same issue when i first started. 2 slices of health nut bread = 240 calories and make it into a pb&j sandwich, thats 500 calories right there! also snack on peanuts throughout the day

What i use is body fortress whey isolate protein which you can get at any walmart. It's a very good protein and only cost about 15 dollars. The way you can usually tell if it's good, is if you mix it and it's not very clumpy and dissolves easily.(if your worried about your cholesterol then stick with isolate) Also most the…

Okay good, the only reason i said use a high quality or isolate protein is because the cholesterol, theres alot of it in your basic protein shakes sometimes up to 40% of your days worth. but if you have a good ticker then it shouldn't matter

No matter what food is always better than suppliments, but if your crunched on time then might aswell, just make sure it's an isolate or a high quality protein

I love squash, sometimes i make yellow rice, chicken, onions, squash, zucchini and mixed those all up, it's pretty good

At my house we buy alot of "rice and chicken" types of meals, they're pretty cheap and you can get at walmart. They come in little packages or boxes, just add the chicken to them.
