Hey, my names Mike i'm living in florida and going to college mon-fri, i've always been on the light side so my goals will be gaining some weight to my frame Currently im 140lbs by the end of next month i would like to be 150 lbs, It's hard out here for an ectomorph.

Not sure, what i do is just make a cup then eat 1/4th of that cup and save the rest for other meals

gaining weight and eating under your reccomended caloric intake is impossible im pretty sure lol im sorry i didn't read the whole thing, im to tired :|

Try to eat foods higher in fiber, that will help you out alot with hunger.

Make sure you get some Omega fats in your diet, those can help you burn off fats faster. (fish,nuts,olive oil that kinda thing)

I tried it about a year and a half ago, I wasn't really a big fan but the girl to guy ratio was nice. haha

shakes are the way to go, try body fortress whey isolate, it's from walmart and only costs 15 bucks but it's a good grade of whey protein and taste very good

put it in soups, the kale in olive gardens white soup (forgot the name) has kale in it, and it's the best damn soup i ever had

if you feel hungry all the time try to eat things high in fiber, it fills you up
