I can (and have) done a magnum of wine by myself. I also tend to eat mac and cheese by the box.

Popchips or popcorn. Sometimes I just go for real chips, I just keep it to a serving size.

How do you wake up Lady Gaga? You poke her face!
-
Yep! My only two guy friends right now are my fiance and one of my good friends. I have no issue accepting male friend requests but the only request I've gotten so far ended up being a creeper who promptly got deleted.

Butter flavoured Pam and some Parmesan cheese or Buffalo Wild Wings Salt and Vinegar seasoning. My fiance likes nutritional yeast on his.
-
Holy crap, you look incredible!

6/8 (Juniors 7/9). That's where I was less than two years ago, I know I can get back there, my skinny jeans are waiting for me.

Amy's Organic Mushroom and Olive Pizza! It fits into my calories and is probably the best tasting frozen pizza I've ever tried. I'm also obsessed with Fage greek yogurt and V8 Sparkling Juice.

So far I've lost chemical additives and I'm aiming for somewhere around a newborn calf. :)

I have a FitBit and it's awesome but I also plan on getting a HRM when I start doing strength training. They're two different tools. The FitBit will help you be more active on a daily basis and the HRM will help you accurately gauge workouts.

As of today I'm 10lbs down and no one has noticed.

I'm 5'6.75" and at 160lbs I was an 8-10 depending on the pants.

I'm a huge Brummel and Brown fan too! I got my fiance hooked and it's pretty much the only "butter" we buy now.
-
Just sipping on some water. I love my Bobble.

See, this is exactly why I allow myself 1 cheat meal a week. I could not sustain this lifestyle change if I wasn't allowed to let loose and drink every once in a while or go have a nice meal at a restaurant for date night. I usually don't eat the whole plate of whatever I order but if I wanted to I'd allow myself to do so.…

Even at my heaviest (5'7" and 230lbs) my collarbones have been very visible. I think it just depends on your bone structure.

My fiance (who is also on MFP) is very supportive. I'm lucky that he's on board and likes to cook. He was a professional ballet dancer and is try to get back down to close to his performance weight so we're in this together.

I have one free range omega-3 egg scrambled every morning for breakfast. I eat the whole egg, yolk and all but don't add anything to it. 70 calorie deliciousness.

Greek! It has more protein and keeps me fuller for longer. It's also thicker and creamier. I love regular yogurt too, but I've been obsessed with the Fage lately. I've tried Oikos, Chobani and Fage. Fage is by far my favourite, it's much richer than the other two.

I do a cheat meal rather than a full day. I try to keep the overage within 1000-1500 calories of my regular daily goal and I have one a week. My reasoning is it takes 3500 calories to gain or lose a pound so at max I'm setting myself back less than half a pound. The ability to have my favourite pizza on Friday is worth it…

An egg and cheese stuffed pretzel bagel and coffee for brunch.
-
No, not really. It's all I can do to choke down an egg or a glass of omega-3 chocolate milk. I'm just not interested. I do make myself do it now, though. I find it helps keep me satisfied longer during the day.

I treat them the same way I treat my slacks and blouses. I wash them on gentle and then hang them to dry.

I'm just under 5'7". I felt the best between 135 and 145.

I was going to say "Angelina's Right Leg" but that's an everyday thing, haha. Today? Seeing my ticker go down and this thread: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/527227-motivate-me-before-and-afters
