I am not in NH but am really close by. ummmm, I dont do very well in the winter. I am not a skier/snowboarder. I dont skate. I generally hate the cold. So, I hit the gym, sauna and hot tub all winter. :)

I am not a cook by any stretch of the imagination so the steamed meals are perfect for me in that regard. As for fasting, I cant do that. If I don't eat, then I get nauseated.

you cant weigh yourself from last night to today and expect much change. Not enough time has passed. All the extra sodium intake can lead to water retention. The lack of eating could also make you get heavier cause your metabolism is slower.

I see you're basically skipping breakfast and not eating enough veggies throughout the day. Also, not seeing any water being drank. Ditch the Stouffers, too much sodium. If your diary is accurate, definitely not eating enough.

Can you buy single servings of this stuff? I would hate to spend 47 bucks only to find out I cant stand the taste.

Del Monte - Cut Green Beans Canned, 1 cup (121g) if you are going to eat canned vegetables, they make one that is no salt added. will help reduce your sodium intake tremendously.

I used to be UV harden/ovens. then my second time around I did the KME 4000? AMC 4500? the laser etch tools. been too long.
